TeckMing & Lynette's Wedding @ Regent Hotel

Vox: Dawn & Alfred Keys: Jordan

♥♥♥

Dear Kewei,

Please thank the bad, Dawn & Alfred and the keyboardist (sorry I did not manage to get his name), for the great performance on our wedding night.

Many of our guests commented on how much they loved the music, and Dawn and Alfred's singing. It all added to the atmosphere and truly helped maked the night unforgettable!

Godbless,
Lynette and TeckMing

♥♥♥

12 years. That's how long Kenny & Lynette had kept their relationship under wraps for because office romances were banned! I can only imagine how strong their love must be :) But all's well that ends well and the lovebirds are now joined in holy matrimony.

Lynette's godma delivered a most candid and touching speech as a twist on the usual speeches tradition, which goes to show how important it is to tweak traditon to your wedding! After the speeches, Lynette's cousin who was emcee for the night, demanded for a replay of the kissing of the bride for those to had missed the morning's church ceremony, to which the couple gamely complied to cheers from the crowd.

There was also an impromptu dance...

Best wishes to you both & thanks for having us!

Weili & Adrian

Weili and Adrian's cosy lunch wedding was held at Regent Hotel, Tanglin Room,
which was lovely because the entire room was filled with sunlight on their big day :)

We specially played the songs Overjoyed by Stevie Wonder, and I Won't Dance, Taking A Chance On Love by Jane Monheit upon special request, and also one of Weili's favourite - 每天爱你多一些 by Jacky Cheung!

Much love, wishing you a little more love everyday!

Nanson and Jean's Wedding Lunch @ Regent Hotel Bar

I was particularly excited about this wedding lunch
because one of the pretty lady among the sisters crew was my secondary school classmate!
But of course, it was no coincidence that I saw her during the wedding,
she had called me up earlier to engage YoursTruly specially for her dear friend's big day (:

One thing that really set this cosy lunch affair apart from the other wedding lunches was the effort put in by the brothers and sisters..
The sisters all looked so sweet clad in the same floral dresses,
all in the same shade of pink, while the gentlemen had their dashing black suit on..

Photobucket

Even the march-in was well-orchestrated!
The brothers and sisters paved the way for the couple's march-in,
entering in pairs to the happy tunes of L.O.V.E,
before the couple finally emerged at the end of the line..

it's a wonder how much a tight bunch of brothers and sisters makes all the difference in the world to a simple wedding lunch!

The only pity during for the entire ceremony was that
before our 2nd set even begun, the crowd was slowly dispersing..
The bar was only left with the same enthusiastic bunch of brothers and sisters
so Euntaek and I took requests from them and sang
as some of them strut their stuff on the dancefloor!

It was truly a lovely wedding lunch experience
and Thank you Jie Ying for the wonderful day!
Congrats too to the couple for being so accommodating!

Jakob & Marie's Wedding @ The Regent, Tanglin Room

Kewei on vox, Ein on keyboard

Dear Kewei,

Sorry for the late reply, we've only recently received our photographs. We were very glad that you were able to perform at our wedding. All our guests enjoyed themselves very much, and a few even asked for your contact. Also thank you to Einein and you for learning the two march-in songs within such a short time! Both of you were fabulous! It's just a pity that we didn't have time to thank you properly and to actually enjoy most of your singing!

Good luck and all the best,
Jakob & Marie

Jakob and Marie held their wedding lunch reception on a beautiful sunny afternoon at the Regent,
and warm wishes were sent to them on video from Hong Kong, Switzerland, all around the globe.

Marie specially selected this version of the Wedding March to be played, a sweet classy version that Ein learnt in no time,

and specially dedicated
You Raise Me Up (by Josh Groban) to both their parents and
That's What Friends Are For to their friends for all the times they've shared together :)

It was especially sweet to have special songs dedicated to their friends and family,
it makes having a live band at the wedding even more meaningful! :)

Thanks to Cheong for the photos!
