James & Cheryl's Wedding @ Intercontinental Hotel

Photobucket

Hi Kewei,
Thanks for the wonderful night of beautiful music. The pianist, the saxophonist and the vocalist trio combination is fantastic.
Really fit into the theme and the ambience of the night.
I've got really nice feedback from some of my guests. They liked the music a lot and asked how did we find you.
Even out photographers were amazed, right?
Anyway, I have seen the blog, nice said.

Catch you around the pubs, events and even concerts ya?
Thanks!

Regards,
James

Hello Kewei!
Thanks alot for your band's wonderful performance at our wedding!! Guess you found a new admirer too (mr photographer)! :) We and our guests loved the music and thanks for the crash course for James too! a very good idea which was very sweet and made the night very memorable

Cheers,
Cheryl

James initially thought of singing a song for Cheryl,
but was too busy to prepare for one!

We gave him a crash course of the most lovely song that he could sing without breaking out into a sweat -
You Are So Beautiful by James Cocker.
Short, sweet and absolutely straight to the point magical. :)
Most importantly, also easy to sing!

Cheryl was also really game during a sabo Q&A session by their emcees,
when James answered that the most sexy part of her was her lips,
she immediately said,
"your answer is wrong. the correct answer should be EVERYTHING."
my kinda girl!

Anyway, I absolutely adore the Intercontinental Ballroom.
Beautiful chandeliers, twinkly lights on the stage backdrop,
a regularly-shaped rectangular ballroom with a long and straight march-in walkway.

They also have a piano in the ballroom, with a small stage for the band.
Perfect.

Beautifully captured shots by Alex of Depixel :)
He specially recommended Yours Truly on his blog as well!
